An old edit I made for the laugh using clips from the most recent Batman movie The Dark Knight combined with Danny Elfman's music from Tim Burtons Batman.

Watched Moon recently and really liked the set design and look of the Moon base.

So I tried a bit of set modelling of a space base corridor, below is a WIP for something bigger.

Also I am going to a talk in Galway by the main VFX guy on Moon called "The making of Moon"

Made  a few logo designs for my cousin Peter D for his up and coming 

business venture in a personal fitness and therapy studio.

He asked for a hot and cold design so I made a few renders incorporating this,

giving him a few options to choose from. Think he chose the last one.

Recently messed around with Painter and got inspired from a few images of the shuttle launch so did a quick sketch. Its a really cool program, specially like the oil painting abilities..

Brown Bag recently funded a few weeks of life drawing for its staff. It was good to get the head out of the 3D realm again, here are a few of mine...

Making of Pest

Spent ages trying to setup this blasted account. Kept trying different usernames and passwords but still to no avail. Eventually decided to click "forgotten password" and entered my e-mail address. Surely enough I already had an account on the old blogger and the fact I was entering the same email address stopped me from creating a new Blogger account. The date on my last sign into the account was September 2003....four years ago!! Sorta freaked me out a bit.

Anyways though that would be a nice ice breaker....welcome to my new updated blog
